Service Description

This is a free consultation. You will not be charged for this service although the menu lists a fee. It is only so this service may be booked. Here, we will perform an assessment on the areas of concern and discuss treatment expectations and details. Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be taking pictures for your chart as well as measurements in several areas of the body. A treatment plan will be discussed and prepared for highest achieved results. Any information in your chart will remain confidential and will only be shared with your written consent. At the end of your treatment, you will need to book a follow-up consultation to go over the results and discuss any questions or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Because we are located within a medical office, please text (208) 534-1975 once you arrive to allow the therapist to unlock the main door in the event the office staff is away for lunch or closed to the public. If you know you are going to miss your scheduled appointment, please notify us through text message as early as possible to avoid any further charges.
