About Me
Personal experience has drawn me to massage as a career because of the amazing benefits I have seen through the power of touch. My approach is unique to each individual while my focus is to treat pain. Massage is highly under valued and under appreciated as a treatment option for stress, pain or emotion wellness. As a victim of trauma myself, I personally have experienced the pain stress causes on the physical body.

I am passionate about the connection our body has to the world around us and have dedicated myself to understanding pain patterns connected to emotional and physical trauma. I understand how the body reacts and creates aches and pains caused by high stress careers, chronic medical conditions, emotional trauma or stress in general.
I specialize in pain management because I too have experienced chronic pain that was untreatable and through massage techniques have been able to naturally recover. The profound, lasting changes massage has given back to the quality of my life is something I could never put a price on. And that is something I feel everyone should experience.

Medical
In addition to stress relief and relaxation, the primary focus of a medical massage is outcome based. The goal is to address pain for any reason. We treat treat acute and chronic conditions as well as restoring pain caused by restricted movement, pulled muscles, accidents or surgeries and more. We also work with people prior to surgery and immediately after surgery through lymphatic drainage massage.
Relaxation
A relaxation massage is a whole-body, hands-on treatment. Pressure is applied to muscles in the direction of blood flow to the heart, but not as much pressure as in a deep tissue massage. It works by increasing circulation, stretches tendons and ligaments, and energizes the skin and nervous system.
Body Sculpting
Non- surgical body sculpting that focuses on fat loss and body contouring. We combine different techniques to reach your goal. Our ultrasonic cavitation device reduces the body’s fat deposits that could be hard to get rid of by exercising alone. This is a great compliment to your meal and exercise routine.

Cathleen was wonderful. We were lucky enough to be able to get a same-day appointment as we were only in town a short while. She is a great communicator, texting us for verification before the appointment as well as afterwards to clarify instructions for how to proceed with other providers when we got home from vacation.
